Welcome to my website, here you will find information about my handmade glass-bead jewellery, including how I make my beads, where you can purchase my work and how you can learn to make your own glass beads.
My contemporary jewellery is made with my own handcrafted glass beads. Each bead is made in an oxygen/propane flame using 'lampwork' techniques believed to have originated in 16th & 17th century Venice. I also 'blow' hollow glass beads using a blowpipe. I often work to commission, contact me or come and visit a show if you'd like to discuss a special piece.
My work is available at 'top of the range' contemporary design & craft shows and selected galleries in the South East of England.
My next show is with The Sussex Guild: Henfield Contemporary Craft Show, Henfield Village Hall, BN5 9DB 2 & 3 May 10.00 -17.00. Henfield is a lovely small town, well worth a visit. There are fine houses, easy parking, good pubs and restaurants and a comfortable pace of life. 33 miles north west of Brighton.
